Bandar Utama 11 or BU11 is one of the later phases to be completed around 2004 in Bandar Utama.

There are approximately 1,012 houses in BU11. There are 2-storey and 2 1/2-storey in BU11.

SJK(T) Effingham, Kompleks Sukan BU11, Masjid Bandar Utama, Westpoint Home Gallery, SK BU, and the upcoming BU11 LRT3 or LRT Bandar Utama-Klang stop are just outside of BU11. BU11 is opposite BU12. There are 2 community parks in BU11.

Residents and visitors can enter into BU11 through Jalan BU 11/1, Jalan BU 11/7, and Jalan BU 11/2.
