Bandar Utama 6 or BU6 is one of the later phases to be completed around 2004 in Bandar Utama.
There are approximately 779 houses in BU6. There are 2-storey and 2 1/2-storey in BU6.
Bandar Utama Community Centre, Oasis Business Centre, and SJK(C) Puay Chai 2, The Club Bukit Utama, and Bandar Utama Golf Course are just outside of BU6. BU6 is directly connected to BU7. There is only 1 community park with playground, garden, basketball court, and jogging track in the middle of BU6.
Residents and visitors can enter into BU6 through Jalan BU 6/1 and Jalan BU 6/5. Residents can also walk to 1 Utama.
There are no houses along Jalan BU 6/1 and Jalan BU 6/8
