Bandar Utama 4 or BU4 is one of the earlier phases to be completed between 1991 and 1996 in Bandar Utama.
There are approximately 554 houses in BU4. Houses here are 2-storey.
Bandar Utama Community Centre, Central Park Bandar Utama, 1 Utama, SK BU4, SMK BU4, and MRT Mutiara Damansara - SBK08 are just outside of BU4. There are also a short row of shops called Oasis Business Centre and a lake called Tasik Bandar Utama, just outside of BU4. There is only 1 community park in BU4.
Residents and visitors can enter into BU4 through Jalan BU 4/4 and Jalan BU 4/6. Residents can also walk to 1 Utama and the MRT Mutiara Damansara - SBK08.
