Casa Tropicana is a neo-classical inspired condominium located along Persiaran Tropicana in the luxurious Tropicana enclave. This development is a joint-venture partnership between the LBS Bina Group, Dijaya Corporation, and Tropicana Golf and Country Resort Berhad.


Casa Tropicana consists of five blocks, of which in today's post - Block D.


BLOCK D

Block D was completed in March 2008.


This block is 24-storey high with 14 units per floor. Three lifts service this block.

  • Eight units face North or West direction with views of bungalows, Kota Damansara, and Tropicana Golf & Country Club golf course.

  • Three units face East direction with views of the main pool, Block B, and the main road.

  • Three units face South direction with views of the main pool, Block A, and the main road.

Casa Tropicana stands in a strategic location which is easily accessible from different regions through a well-established highway and road networks. It is near to several top shopping malls such as One Utama, The Curve, Cineleisure, IKANO and even Tesco. It is easily accessible from Kota Damansara, Bandar Utama and Tropicana.


Residents can utilize Jalan Tropicana Utara to get into Sprint highway, which leads to Damansara Heights, Bangsar, Mont Kiara, Jalan Duta and Kuala Lumpur city center.
